Strategic Relationships and Networks was formed in 2017 to solve the growing issues many organisations face when it comes to external community engagement. In particular, our focus is on alumni (ex-employee) networks - creating mutually beneficial programmes for both the individual alumnus and the organisation. 

 

Martine Davies has spent the most part of her working life developing and delivering strategic relationship programmes and she has a keen focus on corporate and institutional alumni programmes. She is passionate about developing networks which create value for the individuals in the network and provide real results in terms of return on investment for the organisation. 

 

If you were to look closely at your alumni network, you will likely find that the number of ex-employees far outweighs the number of your current employees - and that number will only continue to increase over time. How about investing a little bit of time and energy on those who know you and your brand best; who are predisposed to helping you? And who you enjoy spending time with?
